Business Service Executive  -Prima – Bhubaneshwar

Job Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in Prima division. Contribute to development and implementation of strategies to grow MedGenome’s business and improve MedGenome’s market position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients
  • Practice proper patient identification
  • Label vials with patient names and dates
  • Decipher the best method for drawing blood depending on the specific patient
  • Keep your phlebotomy cart or station well-organized at all times
  • TRF filling, collecting associated document, like clinical information, history, clinician’s prescription etc.,
  • Packing samples for transportation as per company issued
  • Provide sample pick-up and logistics support
  • Coordinate with fulfilment team
  • Collections / payments and depositing to company’s account
  • Coordinate on a daily bases with local sales team
  • Assist sales team in generating additional revenue
  • Coordinate with local servicing team and client, if required, to ensure samples are picked and reports delivered in time as per the agreed procedure
  • Work with logistics team to create arrangements for sample pick-up and delivery from any new client added into the system before handing over to local servicing team for day-to-day servicing
  • Reporting to Area Sales Manager – Prima, Location: Bhubaneshwar

Qualification

  • Bachelors/Master’s in science
  • Excellent academic track record and technical acumen

Experience

  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
  • Dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy
  • The ability to work across teams and functions effectively
