Job Description

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the scientific queries raised by clients, clinicians, hospitals and respond them in coordination with the lab team
  • To conduct product Scientific calls with MedGenome clients jointly with sales team in each zone on a regular basis
  • Personally, conduct Scientific calls with key MedGenome clients
  • Supervise and conduct scientific training sessions to MedGenome sales force across India
  • Assist developing training modules as required for effective delivery of product training sessions
  • Conduct zonal tours to take in-person training sessions from time to time basis
  • Design a comprehensive KOL Management programme in coordination with marketing team to engage MedGenome KOLs all over the country through multiple well-coordinated activities on a regular basis
  • Supervise execution of KOL Management programme, measure its effectiveness and take necessary actions, if any, to ensure successful implementation
  • Personally drive KOL Management programme with certain key MedGenome KOLs
  • Help marketing team to develop test wise Scientific marketing strategy including value proposition for clinicians, competitive positioning in market and key customer segments to target
  • Create/ Update product specific technical marketing inputs as required to highlight product USP
  • Assist thru scientific inputs in developing and implement new product launch plan with respect to
  • Scientific Marketing when a new test is launched by MedGenome


  • Master’s Degree or PhD in life sciences/MBBS preferably in Human Genetics or clinical biochemistry
  • Excellent academic track record and technical acumen


  • 5-8 years of work experience with minimum 4 years of experience in Techno Marketing in Diagnostics/ Pharma industry in specialized products range directly targeted to doctors/ clinicians preferably related to high end Products


  • Should be willing to travel as per the requirement of the business as this profile is expected to have moderate travel
